If you forgot your password, there are a couple ways to reset it, like:
- Performing a self-password reset (quickest way to reset your password).
- Submitting a ticket to the Help Desk and waiting for a technician to reset it for you.
To perform a self-password reset, follow the steps below:
- Go to the NCMC portal, which can be accessed from here: https://myapps.microsoft.com/ncmich.edu
- Enter your username and click next.
- Select the "forgot my password" link below the password box.
- Verify that your email/username is correct in the first box. Note, student email addresses may appear without the "@student" part of the email, this is okay and does not need to be changed.
- Enter the characters from the provided captcha picture in the second box and click the "next" button.
- Choose your verification methods that you want to use by following the on-screen instructions.
- After verifying your identity, you will be asked to choose a new password.
