VPN - Update Global Protect

- Navigate to "vpn.ncmich.edu" in a web browser (e.g. Google Chrome).
- Login using your NCMC username and portal password. Note, for the username field, only use your username without the full email address.
- Download the appropriate client for your operating system (e.g. Windows, MacOS).
- After downloading, run the installer for the GlobalProtect client.
- After installing, you may need to run the program by finding it in your start menu, under the name "GlobalProtect."
- Once it launches, it should show a pop up in your menu bar asking for the portal address. Use "vpn.ncmich.edu" for this field.
- Then log into the client using your NCMC username and portal password. Note, for the username field, you do not need your full email address.
Please remember to disable the VPN when you are done using it.
