Teams users can choose if they want to have their Teams calls/meetings displayed in their device’s call logs on iOS. They can enable or disable this option from their calling settings. When this setting is turned OFF, Teams calls/meetings will not be added to the users' iOS Recents list. All calls/meetings prior to disabling will still be shown in the Recents list.
To disable Teams Calling history from appearing in your iOS call logs, follow these steps:
- Open the Microsoft Teams application on your device.
- Click your profile picture in the top left corner.
- Click "Settings."
- Click "Calling."
- Scroll down to "Device call log."
- Toggle the option for "Show Teams calls in call log."
Turning the option off will disable Teams calls and meetings from appearing in your device's Recents list.
