- Go to https://ncmich.printercloud.com on a computer.
- If asked to login, click the NCMC Portal button and login using your NCMC username (full email) and portal password.
- Once the page loads, verify it is your account by clicking on the profile picture in the top right corner. It should say your username@ncmich.edu.
- If it is the correct account, click out of that box and click on the menu located in the top right corner (next to profile picture).
- Hover over the Authentication option to open a sub-menu (make sure to hover and not click).
- Click on Manage PIN.
- Enter the PIN you want in the pop-up box and confirm.
