Microsoft places storage limits on users' OneDrive accounts, as well as a total limit for our entire campus. Microsoft will send a warning notification to users once they hit 90% of that storage limit. At 100%, Microsoft will not allow any new documents or saves to be stored in OneDrive, instead, the storage will turn to read-only until enough data is deleted or an increase to the storage limit is made. This limit should be high enough for most of our users, but some may need additional space and will require a manual override.
If you need an increase in OneDrive storage, please contact the IT Helpdesk.
