Resolving Missing Auto Attendants and Call Queues in Teams
If you cannot find a department's auto attendant or call queue in Microsoft Teams, it may be because you have never interacted with the account. Teams requires interaction history for accounts to appear in search results.
Solution
To create this history, click the relevant link below to initiate a call with the auto attendant or call queue. Once you do this, the account will be available in future searches.
Instructions:
- Click the appropriate link below.
- When prompted, allow the link to open in the Teams desktop app.
- You only need to do this once per account.
