PrinterLogic - Add Printer

1. Open the start menu.
2. Type "Add Printer".
3. An application should appear named "Add Printer" with a picture of a printer and a green plus symbol, open it.
4. This will open a web browser and load the NCMich PrinterLogic site.
5. If not logged in, choose login with NCMC Portal. Use your NCMC username (full email) and portal password.
6. Once logged in, the site should load all the printers you have access to, sorted into folders based on location. Choose the location you want and find the desired printer.
7. Left click on the desired printer once and wait a few seconds for a pop up.
8. Select the Yes option. Note, you may also check the box before clicking Yes to make this the default printer for your computer.
9. A new pop up will appear that shows the installation process, wait for it to finish.
10. Printer will install, once finished, you will see another pop up that shows it installed successfully.

1. Find the PrinterLogic icon in the menu bar at the top, and click on it. It will look like a white printer with a plus symbol.

1. Find and open the PrinterLogic App. It will look like a purple background with a white printer and plus symbol.
2. If not already connected to NCMC, type in "ncmich.printercloud.com" in the address box and continue.
3. If not already signed in, choose to sign in with the NCMC Portal. This will open a web browser and load the NCMich PrinterLogic site. Use your NCMC username (full email) and portal password. After signing in, it should take you back to the app.
4. In the app, click "Add Printer" from the tabs at the bottom of the screen.
5. Find and select the desired printer. Note, you may only have an option to the print holds with mobile devices.
6. A message will appear once the printer is successfully installed.
