PrinterLogic - Default Printer

Attention: These steps only work if you are using the PrinterLogic application on your device. All NCMC devices deployed now include PrinterLogic automatically. If you don't already have PrinterLogic installed on your device, use this article: How do I install PrinterLogic?

Windows:

  1. Open the start menu.
  2. Type "set default printer" and click to open the app that looks like a white printer with a green check mark on it.
  3. In the pop-up screen that appears, choose the printer you want to use by default, it should highlight.
  4. Click the "Set Default Printer" button to the right of the list of printers. The printer highlighted should now have a green check mark on it.
  5. Click the close button in the bottom right.

macOS:

  1. Right click on the PrinterLogic application in the menu bar at the top of the screen, it is a white printer with a white plus symbol.
  2. Choose "Set Default Printer..." from the menu that appears.
  3. Choose the desired default printer from the drop down.
  4. Click the "Apply" button.
